Like many artists in 2020, Sara Jade had to adapt in the wake of the pandemic. With venues closed and her shows canceled, she began to search for other ways to perform and connect with audiences. In November of 2020, she started livestreaming her music on Twitch and was hooked. Dubbing her stream the Sara Jade Parade, she performs weekly (See the schedule here) and describes her livestream as “upbeat with a mix of soothing melodies for easy listening”.
“It has been a learning experience switching from live venues to online streaming, but so rewarding. Twitch is the most positive corner of the web I have ever found and the community is so supportive! Now that I have learned more of the ‘tech’ side of things, I have been able to make my stream more interactive and personal. It’s been a great tool for connecting with the viewers as well as other artists and it’s really fun!”
